What are the access hours?
6am-9pm, Seven days a week, including holidays.
Late night access available for commercial customers and customers with a qualifying need. An additional fee may apply.
Do you have a problem with water?
No.
All units are set on a raised concrete slab, with rubber door sweeps,
and moisture absorbent insulation on ceilings to prevent condensation
and mildew. The entire lot is also equipped with a full gutter and
downspout system in conjunction with specialized grading and drainage
control..
Are my belongings safe?
Absolutely,
security is our primary focus. Our facility is well lit and the entire
perimeter is fenced with electronic access gates, camera surveillance
and regular police patrol drive through activity.
What is the minimal rental time?
We require a minimum stay of one month.
Leases can go month to month, long term discounts available for pre-paid agreements.
Do you have climate controlled units?
Climate
control units are not available. Typically the only personal properties
that may require climate control are wooden antiques and stringed
musical instruments such as pianos. Most other items can be safely
stored without climate control. Electronics may be stored in a
non-climate controlled environment as long as they are allowed to
return to room temperature before using them.
Do I need to reserve a space?
No,
we have all unit sizes available at all times. Stop in during regular
business hours and we will be happy to show you various unit sizes and
advise you on the most cost effective space to fit your needs.
